Woman actively engaged in keeping order at beaches

Over 10 years working at the Tourism Order Management Team under the Management Board of Son Tra Peninsula and Da Nang tourist beaches, Ms. Thai Thi Huyen, residing in Hoa Phong Commune, Hoa Vang District, Da Nang has always done her utmost to complete missions, contributing to creating a safe, clean, beautiful, friendly and lovable image of Da Nang in the hearts of many people and tourists.

For many years, Huyen, an employee of the working group No.3 of the Tourism Order Management Team, has always worked hard and stuck to the profession. In many cases, Huyen advised tourists against spread tarpaulins for meals on the beach to keep the environment clean.

With the desire to build the image of Da Nang as a friendly and attractive destination for tourists, Huyen strives to encourage everyone to understand and comply with the regulations. In a bid to ensure relaxing and joyful moments for tourists during their stay in Da Nang for travel, Huyen and her peers in the Tourism Order Management Team always create peace of mind for visitors, ensure security, social order and traffic safety as well.

At work, the highly dedicated woman is willing to accept and complete the assigned tasks well. Thanks to her constant efforts, she has repeatedly been awarded certificates of merit by the Director of the Da Nang Department of Tourism in recognition of her outstanding achievements in preventing and combating cases under which tourists' property were stolen at the beach.

Especially, in the process of performing the task in the first half of 2022, Huyen discovered and enthusiastically participated in handing over the subjects in some theft tourists' property thefts to the police force.

Specifically, on the morning of March 31, while on patrol, Huyen discovered that 3 young people who slept overnight at the beach had suspicious expressions, so she immediately reported it to the Commanding Board of the Tourism Order Management Team.

After she and her teammates approached, the subjects fled away the scene. During the hunting, Huyen temporarily detained a man living in an apartment building, Tho Quang Ward, Son Tra District and seized a Sirius motorbike at the scene. The functional forces quickly handed over this suspect to the Police of Phuoc My Ward, Son Tra District.

Through the initial testimonies, the male suspect confessed that he and his accomplices had committed the theft of this motorbike in Hoa Xuan Ward, Cam Le District. While they managed to sell the motorbike for money, they were discovered by Huyen.

In February 2022, Huyen also discovered, tracked and caught a subject residing in Dien Tho Commune, Dien Ban Town, Quang Nam Province who was engaged in stealing the property of tourists at a beach in Son Tra District. Huyen and her peers handed over to the Phuoc My Ward Police for handling and quickly returned the property to the visitors.

In recognition of her bravery, recently, Huyen was awarded an unexpected certificate of merit by the Da Nang Department of Tourism and the Management Board of Son Tra peninsula and Da Nang Tourist Beaches for her outstanding achievements in the protection of the property of tourists and fight against crimes.

Huyen shared: "At those times, I always put the task first, ready to embark upon fulfilling challenging tasks”.

Mr. Tran Dai Nghia, Deputy Director of the Management Board of Son Tra Peninsula and Da Nang Tourist Beaches, highly hailed Huyen for showing  responsibility and taking the lead in all works and well coordinating with colleagues when performing tasks.

Regarding the work assignment and arrangement by her superiors, Huyen always tries her best to complete all assigned tasks, contributing to ensuring the order of sea-based tourism, joining hands with her colleagues in creating the image of a safe, clean and beautiful tourist city in the hearts of people and tourists.
