Data published by Da Nang Department of Information and Communications shows that the city is providing 1,732 online public services.

In addition, 100% of the eligible administrative procedures are offered online at level 4. 53 administrative procedures are being offered online at level 2, and 32 at level 3 due to different regulations.

Da Nang has connected and integrated 1,546 online public services on the National Public Service Portal, making it become the locality with the largest number of integrated public services.

The number of online public services at level 3 and 4 with incurred online dossiers is 528, reaching the rate of 61.32%.

The number of online records in August was 115,655, reaching the rate of 59.22%, an increase of 3.72% against July 2022.
