The Han River Bridge will be closed to traffic in order to make repairs and maintain rotating bridge mechanism system, according to the Da Nang Department of Transportation.

Specifically, all vehicles will be banned from crossing the bridge from 11:00pm tonight to 5:00am tomorrow.

During the closing period, traffic will be detoured via the Thuan Phuoc and Rong (Dragon) bridges.

The city’s Transport Infrastructure Management Centre will install remote traffic rearrangement signs for vehicles to follow during the bridge closure period.
