While cleaning up luggage carts in the lobby of Da Nang International Airport on Friday evening, Ha Huy Nhat Anh, the operator of the Hai Van taxi company found a male wallet.

The wallet contained a stack of VND500,000 bank notes, and and some personal identification papers such as a citizen identification card and a driver's licence.

After waiting for owner of the dropped wallet a long time in the airport but no one was seen returning, Anh reported the case to the airport’s Aviation Security Center.

The centre’s staff found that there were 44 bank notes, valued at VND500,000 each, and some personal identification papers with the name of Dang Minh T.,47, residing in Ha Noi’s Dong Da District. They immediately contacted and returned the wallet to its owner right on Friday night.
