During the ceremony, Certificates of Merit from the municipal People's Committee were given out to 24 outstanding typical enterprises in recognition of their good and creative ways to take good care of employees during the 2021-2022 period.

On the occasion, the municipal Confederation of Labour and the Da Nang branch of the Viet Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) signed a cooperation programme to accompany businesses to provide better care for workers' lives.

Accordingly, both sides will make joint efforts to build harmonious, stable and progressive labour relations at enterprises, organise activities to accompany businesses towards the sustainable development of the business community, and establish channels of information, consultation and dialogue between the parties. The purpose is to promote the initiative, role and responsibility of the city’s Confederation of Labour and the VCCI Da Nang in ensuring legitimate rights and interests of employees and employers, thereby contributing to building a strong working class and a sustainable business community.
