The Da Nang Traditional Medicine Hospital officially, on Thursday, opened its third facility on Dinh Gia Trinh Street, Hoa Xuan Ward, Cam Le District, on the occasion of its 46^th birthday (October 27, 1976 - October 27, 2022). Municipal People’s Committee Vice Chairwoman Ngo Thi Kim Yen made her attendance at the event.

The over VND 179 billion, 300-bed facility features multi-function blocks, a 5-storey inpatient treatment block, a technical floor, a pharmacy block, a nutrition house, and an anti-infection block. It has medical equipment synchronously invested.

Over the past 46 years of establishment and development, staff of the Da nang Traditional Medicine Hospital have made great efforts to improve their professional qualifications and management capacity, as well as satisfy the growing needs of patients for medical examinations and treatment in traditional medicine.

Additionally, the hospital operates a newly equipped modern information technology system, meeting the requirements for digital transformation towards the establishment of a smart clinic and electronic medical records.

Previously, the hospital had 2 facilities located at 9 Tran Thu Do and 342 Phan Chau Trinh. The opening of the new facility on Dinh Gia Trinh Street contributes to easing the current patient overload at the two facilities, thereby improving the quality of medical examinations and treatment to serve the increasing needs of patients.
