On Saturday morning, on the occasion of the exchange and meeting with tyre manufacturers and service providers nationwide held in Da Nang, representatives of the Viet Nam Automobile Tyre Association paid a visit and presented gifts worth VND1 million each to 100 patients being currently treated at the Da Nang Oncology Hospital.

During their stay, members of the Viet Nam Automobile Tyre Association encouraged the cancer patients to always be optimistic and soon overcome the life-threatening disease.

On this occasion, through the Da Nang Newspaper, the Viet Nam Automobile Tyre Association awarded VND 5 million to patient Huynh Thi Suong residing in Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District with special difficult circumstances. The poor woman is being treated for blood and bone cancer at the hospital.

Mr. Tran Quoc Dat, Chairman of the Viet Nam Automobile Tyre Association said, “This is a small gift but shows the affection of the Viet Nam Automobile Tyre Association’s members towards patients living in difficult circumstances as a way to give motivation and confidence to help patients rise themselves up in life”.

Since its establishment in 2016, the Viet Nam Automobile Tyre Association, with 112 members nationwide, has organised many filed visits during which gifts and means of transport were presented to students and poor people affected by natural disasters and COVID-19 in many localities with a total amount of more than VND500 million.
