The Da Nang Department of Construction has just approved the adjustments of the contractor selection plan for upgrading and expanding 3.75m to 5.5m-wide residential roads in Son Tra, Lien Chieu and Hai Chau districts.

Specifically, the project on upgrading and expanding 3.75m to 5.5m-wide residential roads in Son Tra District is expected to cost VND12.49 billion. Of this, the bidding to select a contractor to execute the construction and installation package of all work items is estimated at VND10.6 billion.

VND9.8 billion out of the over VND12 billion will be spent for the construction and installation of all work items in the project in Lien Chieu District.

In Hai Chau District, the similar project is predicted to cost VND12.5 billion in total, in which the construction and installation work will be worth VND10.6 billion.

The aforementioned bidding packages are all selected through online public bidding activities nationwide in the third quarter of 2022.

Funded by the city budget, the projects will be developed by the Management Board of Construction and Investment Projects for Agriculture and Rural Development Works.

The municipal Department of Construction requires the management board to be responsible for selecting eligible contractors according to the adjusted contractor selection plan to ensure compliance with regulations current provisions of law.
