Parts of the Mid-central region, including Da Nang, could get much-needed rain Wednesday with scattered showers, according to Viet Nam’s National Centre for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting ((NCHMF).

There will be a chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms Thursday into next Friday, November 18, for the Mid-central region.

NCHMF issues localised heavy rain advisory for the region from November 13 -15.

Thunderstorms can produce tornadoes, lightning, and strong winds in the region, national forecasters say.
