Starting from March 6, the Da Nang Department of Transport offers the online public service at level 4 for changing driver's licence on the National Public Service Portal on a trial basis.

Drivers submit online dossiers at level 4 at https://dvc4.gplx.gov.vn. They pay fees and charges online, and then register to receive results at home by post or directly at the Division for Receiving Dossiers and Returning Results of Administrative Procedures of the municipal Department of Transport at the Da Nang Administrative Centre at 24 Tran Phu Street, Hai Chau District.

The Department of Transport encourages organisations and citizens to register for level 4 online public services of the Department of Transport on the city's online public service portal at https://dichvucong.danang.gov.vn and driving licence changing services at https://dvc4.gplx.gov.vn .

As for driving licence-related services which have yet to be offered online such as the re-issuance of lost driving licences, the changing of driving licences for foreigners, the changing of driving licences issued by the Ministry of National Defence and the Ministry of Public Security, the municipal Department of Transport requests citizens and drivers to make online appointment bookings before visiting the Division for Receiving Dossiers and Returning Results of Administrative Procedures for doing transactions.
