Located in Ngu Hanh Son District’s My An Ward, the Da Nang Care Centre for People with Meritorious Services to National Revolution under the municipal Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs, is now providing care for dozens of lonely elderly people over the age of 80. They are heroic Vietnamese mothers, revolutionary cadres, wounded soldiers and revolution contributors.

The elderly here are wholeheartedly cared for by the centre’s staff from meals to sleep every day .

In July, 2022, the city raised the monthly allowance for the elderly at the centre from VND1.5 million to VND2.1 million each.

Meals are cooked according to the requirements and preferences of each individual

The facilities at the centre are cleaned and sanitised by the staff continuously
