According to the Da Nang Department of Home Affairs, 2022 was the first year of measuring people's satisfaction through the development and implementation of important policies that directly affect the daily lives of people. Particularly, eight policy groups selected for evaluation were economic development; healthcare; education; society order and safety; road traffic; electricity; water; and social welfare.

As a result, the Satisfaction Index of Public Administrative Services (SIPAS) in the whole country in 2022 reached 80.08%.

The people's satisfaction with the service of administrative agencies in 63 provinces and cities ranged between 87.59% - 72.54%, with the difference between the highest and the lowest localities of 15, 05%.

Da Nang's SIPAS in 2022 reached 79.66%, ranked 34^th out of the 63 provinces and cities nationwide, up 4 places compared to 2021.

The level of people's satisfaction with the formulation and implementation of policies in general was synthesised from 4 measurement contents, including the provision of information about policies to residents from government agencies; opportunities for people's participation in the process of formulating and organising the implementation of policies; quality of policies and their results and impacts.

According to the measurement results, the level of people's satisfaction with the formulation, and implementation of policies as a whole in the country was 77.37%.

Among 63 provinces and cities, the northern province of Quang Ninh took the lead in SIPAS in 2022. It was followed by Vinh Phuc, Thai Nguyen, Ca Mau and Thanh Hoa.
