Colonel Phan Van Dung, the Deputy Director of the Da Nang Department of Police, said that this was an opportunity for people, pupils and students to learn about, as well as to participate in practical and hands-on experience activities on emergency, rescue, fire prevention, firefighting, and escape skills with specialised vehicles. This, thereby, improved awareness and skills for effective fire prevention and control when a fire or explosion incident occurs.

The firefighting and rescue skill propaganda and experience activities run until October 8.
