On Friday, the Da Nang Department of Construction in collaboration with the Academy of Construction and Urban Management Officers under the Ministry of Construction organised a conference to disseminate and guide the implementation of regulations of Circular No. 04 of the Ministry of Construction on task records and construction planning projects for inter-district areas, district planning, urban planning, functional area construction planning and rural planning; and National technical regulation QCVN 06:2022 of the Ministry of Construction on fire safety for houses and buildings.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Director of the municipal Department of Construction Dinh The Vinh said that after the Prime Minister approved the adjustment of the Da Nang master plan by 2030, with a vision to 2045, and Da Nang's planning in the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050, the city has conducted the next steps to implement these two projects.

The municipal Department of Construction is coordinating with relevant agencies and localities to implement zoning plans.

In the planning work, there is also content related to fire prevention and fighting as well as ensuring fire safety for houses and buildings.

He, therefore, highlighted the significance of disseminating and guiding the implementation of regulations of Circular No. 04/2022/TT-BXD and National Technical Regulation QCVN 06:2022/BXD of the Ministry of Construction for civil servants and public employees of departments, branches, units, and localities. These regulations help relevant units to improve their capacity to create planning projects and ensure fire safety for homes and construction works.

Dr. Ta Quoc Thang, a representative of the Department of Planning and Architecture under the Ministry of Construction, clarified some contents that the city's civil servants and officials were still confused.
