200 Tet gifts given to vulnerable people at Da Nang Social Protection Centre
On Saturday, the Da Nang branch of the Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank) coordinated with the city's Social Protection Centre to organise the 21st edition of the 'Warm Spring' programme 2024.

During the programme, officers and employees of Sacombanhk Bank in Da Nang organised cultural exchange activities and gave more than 200 Tet gifts, valued at more than VND200 million in total, to the centre's needy people. Each gift consisted of candies, necessities and cash.
According to Director of the city's Social Protection Centre Nguyen Thi To Uyen, the centre is caring for and nurturing more than 200 vulnerable people such as lonely elderly people in difficult circumstances, orphans, disabled children, and itinerant beggars.
In addition to financial support from the city, the centre actively called for more donations from generous units, organisations, businesses, and individuals at home and abroad.
