With the aim of spreading love and kindness as well as helping poor family, the human program has provided the material and spiritual support for the disadvantaged.

Mr. Sau’s small house is located in an alley in the  Da Son 8 residential area in Hoa Khanh Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District. The 68 year- old man in a wheelchair sells lottery tickets in the street every day to earn money to support his family as he has both legs crippled  while his wife makes money as a street waste picker in addition to caring for her bed-ridden son who is fully paralyzed as a result of a stroke. Despite all the difficulties and the challenges that this old couple faces, they never surrender to fate and exert every effort to work hard to make money to cover their living expenses.

The program has helped Mr. Sau sell 500 lottery tickets in the context of the approaching Lunar New Year holiday.

"I have earned money as a lottery ticket vendor for more than ten years  but my income have been not stable. The program has helped me sell lottery tickets via online platforms, and the number of tickets sold has been ten times higher than usual. I am really delighted and grateful.” Mr. Pham Sau said.

The program has helped Mr. Sau earn more than VND 12 million from selling nearly 750 lottery tickets just a morning. Previously, the program had helped Mr. Tran Van Bay and his wife offer their tofu pudding over the internet. As a result, they had earned nearly VND 10 million from selling more than 250 glasses of tofu pudding just two days. In addition, the program had donated a mobile food cart to Mr. Bay and his wife to facilitate the sale of tofu pudding.

Mr. Bay said that the ‘Da Son 3’s sound of advertising’ program has helped local residents generate income via online platforms. “The program has assisted local sellers to make video clips about their products and share them across social media to maximize engagement in order to increase online sales and get more revenue for themselves,” Mr. Bay added.

The program is considered as a small action leading to big results as it provides partial support for the poor elderly to help them overcome difficulties in life. Furthermore, the program encourages active engagement of local residents in calling for support from local communities to help those in need.

The program plans to support a poor family that sells dumplings. This family is going through a tough time as they care for their child with cancer who is under treatment at the Hue Central Hospital. The program aims to help more people in difficult circumstances across the city.

The disadvantaged people like Mr. Sau and Mr. Bay have enjoyed benefits from this human program as it has helped give strength to them to strive to improve their lives and living conditions.

Mr. Vo Huynh Nhat Phuong, the Secretary of the Da Son 3 Party Cell, mentioned that even though the program has only been launched since early 2023, it has played an important role in boosting digital transformation in the residential area.

Mr. Nam Ngo Tien Dung, the Secretary of Hoa Khanh Ward Party Committee, highlighted the success of the Da Son 3 Party Cell’s program in building a smart neighborhood. He attributed this positive result to the Da Son 3 Party Cell’s systematic and adaptable approach, along with the active involvement of local residents. The program facilitates local residents to use technology to quickly access national government’s policies and regulations, as well as boost their online sales to increase their income to improve their living conditions.
