With his diligence and sharpness, Ngo Vu Phat achieved numerous excellent results during his studies. In particular, in July 2023, Ngo Vu Phat graduated and began serving in the Office of Foreign Affairs Security.

In any field of work, he strives to do his best, upholding the spirit of responsibility to serve the people and always completing his assigned tasks excellently. According to Lieutenant Ngo Vu Phat, to perform well in foreign security tasks, officers are required to be creative, have in-depth knowledge in certain fields, be diligent in learning from predecessors, and have the ability to detect, analyze, synthesize issues, and then make forecasts.

Since taking on his duties at the Office of Foreign Affairs Security at the end of 2023, Lieutenant Ngo Vu Phat has not hesitated to study documents, books, and newspapers, learn from the experiences of senior colleagues, and strive to become a competent, skilled officer and a shining example of passion for his profession.

He consistently advises leaders and commanders on implementing operational measures; proactively preventing, detecting, and neutralizing activities by hostile forces; ensuring no unexpected situations occur; and protecting the safety of holidays, Tet, and important political events in the city. He also makes suggestions about solutions to reduce crime related to security, social order and other legal violations.

He has developed a meticulous, scientific work style to excel in his work, continually improving work efficiency. He consistently cultivates and practices etiquette, demeanour, ethics, lifestyle, cultural conduct, and exemplary behaviour in work and life, as well as actively participates in various emulation movements.

With his simple, enthusiastic, and approachable lifestyle, his colleagues love and trust him. Additionally, he is a reliable support for his teammates, meticulously preparing the unit's work to be ready for any unexpected tasks.

In addition to his dedication to professional work, Lieutenant Ngo Vu Phat is enthusiastic and active in participating in social activities organized by the Youth Union organisations of the Office of Foreign Affairs Security and the Da Nang Department of Public Security, and the municipal-level Youth Union.

These include the “Always by your side, mother” model, voluntary blood donation, the “Warm Winter, Loving Spring” programme in Quang Nam Province, the “Loving Spring” charity programme in Hoa Vang District, the “Volunteering to Build a Civilised City,” and the Bootcamp training programme on the application of artificial intelligence in propaganda work.

Major Ho Dinh Tri, Head of the Da Nang Police Youth Committee, said that Lieutenant Ngo Vu Phat is known as an enthusiastic, dynamic, and highly responsible young officer not only in professional work but also in the youth activities and movements. He has greatly contributed to enhancing the traditional beauty of the security forces in particular and the city police in general.

With his efforts and dedication, Lieutenant Ngo Vu Phat was awarded a Certificate of Merit by Director of the Da Nang Department of Public Security for his outstanding achievements in security work, and a Certificate of Merit by the Da Nang Youth Union for being an “Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho’s Teachings” in 2024.
