Accordingly, drivers who own B2 driver's licences are asked to drive at the maximum allowed speed (not exceeding 30km/h). The vehicles are inspected and issued with a certificate of technical safety and environmental protection. Strict penalties will be imposed on vehicles violating the Road Traffic Law.
