Central coastal localities from Thanh Hoa to Phu Yen provinces, including Da Nang, are currently undergoing a scorching heat, with the central weather agency forecasting temperatures to exceed 37 degrees Celsius in certain areas.

The National Center for Hydrometeorological Forecasting has issued a warning for hot to extremely hot temperatures ranging from 35 to 37 degrees Celsius during the week.

In Da Nang, the capital city of the central region, from August 6 - 14, the highest temperature will reach 35-36 degrees Celsius. On August 12 alone, it will be cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms, and the highest temperature will be 35 degrees Celsius.
