According to the pilot plan, vehicles from Le Duan Street can travel on the approach road south of the Han River Bridge to get to Bach Dang Street.
In the opposite direction, vehicles can move from Bach Dang Street to the approach road south of the Han River Bridge to turn left through the tunnel taking Tran Phu under Le Duan instead of only one way as before.
The Department has directed relevant units to adjust the traffic signal systems according to regulations; and at the same time, requested functional forces to instruct road users to travel in two directions on the approach road south of the Han River Bridge.
Relevant agencies will promote the publicity of the two-way traffic arrangement amongst vehicle users from August 10 - September 10. After that, administrative fines will be officially imposed on violators.
