The Da Nang Children's Palace, on Wednesday evening, organised a Lion Dance Festival and presented gifts to children in special circumstances in the buildup to the 2024 Mid-Autumn Festival.

The festival featured many attractive and diverse performances by six lion dance troupes citywide.

It is as part of the series of activities "Mid-Autumn Festival for Children" in 2024, organised by the Da Nang Children's Palace in coordination with other units from September 11 - 16.

On the occasion, the organising board presented 115 Mid-Autumn Festival gifts, totalling nearly VND20 million, to disadvantaged children at the SOS Village in Ngu Hanh Son District.

As planned, the programme "Full Moon Festival - Lanterns light up dreams" will be held in Son Tra District on the evening of September 13. 100 gifts are expected to be given to needy pupils.
