On September 18 and the morning of September 19, Da Nang’s youth joined hands with local authorities to clear garbage that was blocking gutters and filling up the sewerage system, clear off water hyacinth, and donate buoys to support people in low-lying areas.
The activities contributed to limiting dangerous flooding, and at the same time, spreading the sense of responsibility and youthfulness of Youth Union members and young people to the community.
