The Sky-Line High-quality Educational System
This educational model provides multi-level programmes varying from pre-school to senior high school levels. The international-standard Sky-Line system currently has 2 campuses.
Sky-Line Riverside is located at Lot A2.4 Tran Dang Ninh Street in Hai Chau District, along the western bank of the Han River. This high-quality senior high school was officially established in June 2013. It is equipped with modern facilities, including 25 main classrooms, 3 arts-themed rooms, 3 common rooms, a library, a multi-purpose room, a swimming pool and a mini football field.
Sky-Line Central at 48 Nguyen Du, Hai Chau District, was officially put into use in June 2015. The over 60 billion VND high-quality pre- and primary school covers an area of 1,500m2, giving a total floor area of 3,000m2. It features a total of 22 classrooms, including 7 modern rooms designated for pre-school pupils. Most notably, the rooms are fitted with air bio-filtration machines which create a sterile environment to ensure the health of the pre-schoolers. These pre-school classrooms are the first in Viet Nam to have been equipped with this hi-tech air purification system. Sky-Line Central is for children aged between 3 and 12.
The American University in Viet Nam (AUV)
This 3,200 billion VND university covers an area of 32ha at 299 Tran Dai Nghia in Ngu Hanh Son District.
AUV opened earlier last month for its first academic year, 2016 - 2017. The university offers undergraduate courses in business administration, accounting, finance, marketing, hospitality management, multimedia, and IT.
More majors will be added in subsequent years, including medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, nursing, aviation, project management, and others.
AUV is the first American-style university, and one of the first non-profit foreign universities, in Viet Nam.
The university has established bilateral relationships with the University of Missouri, campuses of California State University, and the State University of New York, all in the USA, and other top educational establishments worldwide.
The high-quality university has modern facilities and faculty members with high-level credentials.
The Bo Cong Anh Pre-school
Located at 10 3 February Street in Hai Chau District’s Thuan Phuoc Ward, this high-quality pre-school only enrols children aged between 1 and 5. Most notably, this educational establishment was jointly established by teachers who once attended training courses on early childhood education in Japan.
Boasting Japanese-style training methods, the pre-school encourages children to enhance their creativeness, self-reliance, and confidence to lay a firm foundation for entering primary schools.
The children have access to physical education and sports, foreign languages, music, and other interesting extracurricular subjects. They are taught by the pre-school’s qualified Japanese teachers.
Singapore’s Kinderworld Education Group
In May 2015, Singapore’s Kinderworld Education Group officially opened its Singapore International School @ Danang, and Pegasus International UniCollege, the first of their kind in Da Nang. These schools were part of the first stage of the Group’s Pegasus Mixed Development Education Project in Ngu Hanh Son District’s Phu My An new urban area.
The Singapore International School @ Danang provides a well-rounded education for both foreign and Vietnamese pupils from pre-school to Year 12. The school features international facilities such as interactive smart boards, ICT laboratories and Cambridge International Examinations approved Science laboratories, a multi-purpose hall, soccer field and spacious classrooms. There are bilingual education programmes and various courses on practical life skills, interpersonal interaction, and community responsibility.
The Pegasus International UniCollege boasts superb modern training facilities, and it is now the biggest Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts training college in Da Nang. The college offers internationally recognised courses in hospitality services, and graduates will be eligible to work in the hospitality sector in Viet Nam and in other ASEAN member countries.
