On Wednesday, the Da Nang Tourism Department announced the launch of 2 hotlines to receive timely feedback and quickly respond to reports related to local tourist activities.

The operation is aimed to ensure the safety of visitors arriving in the city, and guarantee security in local tourism activities.

Accordingly, the rapid response team will receive reports on 2 phone numbers – 0511 3550111 and 0919247009.

The municipal departments of Tourism, Health, Transportation, Industry and Trade, the People’s Committees at district and ward levels, local police forces and the municipal Tourism Association will also join the team to speedily respond to the feedback.
