Hotline for tourism violations during DIFF
The Da Nang Department of Industry and Trade, the municipal Market Management Bureau, and the city’s Public Service Information Centre 1022, are making joint efforts to timely receive feedback and quickly respond to any reports related to tourist activities during the forthcoming Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF).

The intention is to promptly deal with any violations which might have negative impacts on the daily lives of local residents, and the city’s tourism environment.
In particular, local residents and visitors can ring the free hotline (0236) 1022 to report any violations relating to the unreasonable increases in the prices of goods and services during the festival. The reports will then be delivered to Market Management Bureau Deputy Head Vu Nhu Truong Tho via 0905231234, or General Affairs Office Deputy Head Tran Thi Binh via 0905457336 for resolved.
Other urgent reports will be sent to municipal Department of Industry and Trade Deputy Director Nguyen Ha Bac via 0905131555.
During the DIFF’s 5 performance nights on 30 April, 26 May, 2 June, 9 June, and 30 June, all feedbacks and reports by locals and visitors to the Public Service Information Centre 1022 will be collected and sent to the Commercial Management Office via email address http://qltmsct@danang.gov.vn or 02363822525 within the following morning for resolved.
