The Da Nang authorities have given the go-ahead for imposing penalties on traffic violators on Ton Duc Thang and some areas surrounding the city’s Coach Station based on images recorded by security cameras.

From now until late June, relevant local agencies will widely publicise the new traffic regulations amongst vehicle drivers. Administrative fines will be officially imposed on violators from early July.

During the publicity period, traffic officers along with inspectors from the municipal Department of Transport will increase their checks near illegal coach depots in order to detect and deal with violations relating to illegally parking or picking up and dropping off passengers.
