Banh Cuon (steamed rice rolls) is one of the culinary delicacies for Da Nang’s gourmets.  Although there are now many restaurants serving this type of food in the city, the Tho Truong restaurant is the most notable.

Banh Cuon is made from rice flour and contains stuffing which is made from numerous ingredients such as fried minced pork, peziza and green onions.  This delicacy cannot be served without a variety of vegetables, which include salads, herbs, lettuce, and beansprouts. 

Most notably, the delicious dish is served with grilled pork which is not dissimilar to the roasted cinnamon pork at many other restaurants.

Banh Cuon tastes best when it is still hot, and customers can enjoy this delicious dish accompanied by a small bowl of garlic chilli fish sauce produced in Quang Nam Province’s Dien Ban District.

It is said that the Tho Truong restaurant is one of the best places for people to enjoy this delicious local dish.  They can visit the restaurant at 11 Nguyen Phan Vinh Street, Tho Quang Ward, Son Tra District, between 7am and 9pm daily.
