Customers have the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of delicious dishes, with a harmonious blend of classic and contemporary recipes.  The restaurant offers a diversified menu, with a wide range of fascinating dishes including “xoi bo ga” (sticky rice bundles with chicken), “cha gio” (spring rolls), “suon nuong” (grilled ribs), “ech xao sa ot” (stir-fried frog's legs in lemongrass and chilli), “muc nuong” (grilled squid), “ca loc chien xu” (deep-fried snakehead fish), “ca duoi nuong” (grilled stingray), “ca chinh um” (braised eel fish), and various kinds of hotpot with seafood, sturgeon, cobia and snakehead fish.

The “cha vit kinh do” (duck spring rolls) in particular have a unique blend of incredible flavours.  Duck fillets are finely chopped and mixed with suitable seasonings.  Then, they are shaped into thin slices and fried until they turn yellow.  This dish, with its eye-catching decoration, is served with some herbs and has an amazing mixture of unique aftertastes!
