The Xien Que Restaurant |
First, you collect your favourite skewered dishes, which are stored in the refrigerator, and put them on a tray near the restaurant’s entrance. After that, you stop at the checkout counter to pay for your selected food before taking it to your dining table. One of the most interesting things is that you fry your favourite skewered dishes by yourself, in a pan which is placed on your table.
