Nui Da Café
From the city centre, cross over the Thuan Phuoc Bridge and continue along Le Duc Tho Street and you will eventually find the Nui Da (Rocky Mountain) Café on the left-hand side.
Despite its desolate location, the café is an attractive place offering customers a quite space and close-to-nature feelings. The venue, which has simple architecture, is very crowded with customers all year round but especially in the summer.
The Nui Da Café at night |
Situated at the foot of the Son Tra mountains and near a beach, the café allows customers to enjoy the gentle sea breezes whilst they drink their coffee. There is a magnificent panoramic view over the city which is especially impressive in an evening.
A simple table and chairs |
The café offers a varied drinks menu, including a wide range of healthy fruit juices, various kinds of beverages, and of course coffee.
A water wheel in the gardens |
Mosquitoes can be a problem at the café, but the staff kill mosquito larvae in standing water, and use either mosquito repellent coils or sprays to help their customers avoid the risk of being bitten.
