This is Sunday!
Looking forward to enjoying a lazy and luxurious day next Sunday? Maybe a place where you and your family can relax on sunbeds by a pool, and then enjoy drinks and a traditional Sunday roast dinner at your leisure? We might know of just the venue for you in Da Nang.
The Square Restaurant on the fourth floor of the Novotel Da Nang Premier Han River, Bach Dang Street, offers a ‘Swim and Brunch’ deal every Sunday. Prices start at 625,000 VND++, with further options available for including free-flow beer and soft drinks, or sparkling wine. Customers can use the adjacent swimming pool throughout their stay, and between 11.30am and 3.00pm the restaurant offers a full buffet, including that traditional Sunday roast option.
What choice! |
The buffet offers a wealth of starters, main courses and desserts which are all beautifully prepared and presented under the watchful eye of Australian Executive Chef Cameron Gardiner.
Starters normally include oysters, crabs, prawns, mussels, tapas and cold cuts with various salads and authentic homemade breads.

Whilst a range of Vietnamese dishes are available from the buffet for the main course, the specialties are seafood and meat cooked to your liking over a charcoal grill, and of course the Sunday roasts. The choice may vary from week to week but on the day of our visit there was succulent Australian leg of lamb and roast beef, plus duck and chicken. Accompaniments included Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes and vegetables, with gravy and traditional sauces. So whether you want a late brunch of bacon and eggs, or a full Sunday lunch with all the trimmings, the main course selection covers everything.
Delicious desserts |
The huge range of desserts and breakfast pastries was very impressive and would satisfy anyone with a sweet tooth. For those watching their weight, fruits and yoghurts were also available.
The restaurant combines tasteful décor and spaciousness with wonderful views over the Han River. Attentive and friendly staff will welcome you and ensure that your every need is catered for. Sounds good? Roll on Sunday!
