Phuong Vy Coffee and Tea shop – excellent for pure coffee lovers
The Phuong Vy Coffee and Tea Company based in Ho Chi Minh City specialises in producing both coffee and tea products. In addition to the traditional Vietnamese mixed coffee powder which is brewed in a small drip filter, the company also offers pure roasted ground coffee to satisfy its customers’ requirements.
Most coffee lovers in Viet Nam are interested in drinking strong coffee with a concentrated aroma. Many coffee shops, especially pavement coffee sellers, often mix roasted ground corn or soyabeans with coffee powder to increase the coffee’s flavour and to make the coffee glass of viscous liquid more eye-catching. In addition, a mixture of the various flavours often gives coffee drinkers pleasant feelings and it leaves a bitter taste in their mouths. These all combine to make the coffee more attractive to drinkers.
However, some of the contents of this coffee powder are not always good for your health, and pure roasted ground coffee is now being preferred by an increasing number of drinkers. Although pure coffee is not as strong as the mixed coffee powder, and it doesn’t leave the bitter taste, pure roasted ground coffee has a slightly sweet taste and the delightful distinct aroma of coffee beans. Most notably, this type of coffee is better for your health because it contains no artificial flavourings or colourings.
