Opening daily from 7.00am until 10:30pm, the venue operates for the benefit of public health.

Goom has initially been popular with both locals and visitors thanks to its Kombucha (also tea mushroom, Manchurian mushroom), which is a variety of fermented, lightly effervescent sweetened black or green tea drinks commonly intended as functional beverages for their supposed health benefits.  Kombucha is produced by fermenting tea using a “symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast”.

Furthermore, pure juice made from organic farm products, including soybeans, peanuts, cashew nuts, almonds and other kinds of beans, have won the trust of the visitors.

Besides a wide range of tasty drinks, Goom also treats its customers with healthy, delicious vegetable recipes without eggs, milk, honey, animal fats and oils, monosodium glutamate products, seasonings, artificial preservatives, additives, and genetically modified foods.
It is common to see that such delicious dishes are usually wholeheartedly prepared by the venue’s seasoned cooks.

Notable amongst these dishes on display there are ‘Goi cuon chay’ (fresh vegetarian spring rolls), vegetarian sushi, ‘ Lau nam chay’ (vegetarian mushroom hot pot), Goom pizzas, rice mixed, mixed rice, mixed noodles, Goom rice vermicelli, and various types of ‘banh bao’ (dumplings) wholly made from organic wheat bran.

Interestingly, foods and drinks on offer at Room are served with many accompanying products, bamboo straws and recycled paper napkins for instance, which are wholly natural, environmentally friendly and recyclable.
