In the latest TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice Awards, which are decided entirely by the reviews and ratings of hotel guests, Pullman Danang Beach Resort was voted as one of the 25 best luxury hotels in Viet Nam, and one of the top three in Da Nang.

Reviewing the resort, TripAdvisor users described the Pullman Danang Beach Resort as being "fantastic", "fabulous" and "magical". More than one guest commented that the resort and its surroundings are "immaculate", while others expressed their delight about the size of the rooms and range of facilities.
