Online administrative procedures have resulted in reduced waiting times and improved services. By doing so this has helped prevent the spread of Covid-19. Da Nang has been at the forefront of this new trend.

Statistics showed that the number of online administrative procedures in Da Nang has seen an increase of 20 to 40% from the beginning of the year. This is a bright spot in the innovation of administrative work and building e-government at a local level.

However, in order to increase the number of online procedures, other than improving network infrastructure, local authorities should focus on promoting the benefits of using such services.
