The Vietnamese Ministry of Health has issued Decision No. 3416/QD-BYT on providing instructions about diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19. According to the Decision, the prophylaxis of COVID-19 infection plays an important role in diagnosing and treating COVID-19 patients, so it should be done as soon as the patient is rushed to the medical facilities.
