In 2021, Da Nang was announced as the official host of the Asian Route Development Forum (Routes Asia) 2022. The international event, which is slated for June 4-9, is considered as a golden opportunity for the city to boost its aviation and tourism revival. Till date, the preparatory work for the upcoming event has been basically completed.
