At about 8:00am and 4:00pm every Sunday, Mr Nguyen Van Kinh is present at a corner of the city’s March 29 Park to sell hundred-year-old folk toys that not everyone knows. These toys are called ‘to he’ - toy figurines that are made of rice dough.
