In an effort to reach the target of ‘5 No’s’: no starving households, no illiterate people, no itinerant beggars, no drug-addicts in the community, and no murders for property in the city, police, military and medical forces continuously increase patrols on local streets to ensure security, order and food safety for festival-goers.
