The Quan The Am (Avalokitesvara) Festival 2023, held from March 8 to 10 (the 17^th - 19^th days of the 2^nd lunar month) attracted thousands of Buddhist followers, residents and tourists. Thanks to the good organisation, and diverse activities, the festival left a deep impression on both locals and tourists.
