The Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2023 officially kicked off on Friday night with spectacular fireworks displays produced by the host team Da Nang-Viet Nam and the JoHo Pyro Professional Fireworks team from Finland - the defending champion of DIFF 2019.
