Over the past years, the Da Nang Care Centre for Victims of Agent Orange (AO) and Unfortunate Children under the municipal Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin (DAVA) has been providing vocational training support, and creating jobs, for victims of AO. The intention is to help them overcome their feelings of inferiority in order to lead a better life.
