In recent days, observations at the construction site for the Emergency Dyke Project against riverbank erosion at the Qua Giang River (Phase 2), which spans approximately 3,346.94 metres, reveal that it falls under Group C projects, specifically for agricultural and rural development works at level IV. The construction is being carried out according to the approved plan, adhering to the current riverbed topography and boundary lines, ensuring that the flow conforms to the natural terrain.
