2013 Vietnamese Goods Fair

This year’s fair will feature 350 stands of over 100 businesses from 16 cities and provinces nationwide.  The businesses will showcase a number of products including industrial, agricultural and pharmaceutical products, handicrafts, textiles and garments, leather goods, footwear, food and drinks.

RockStorm 2013

The concert, this year themed “Burn with Aspirations”, will feature 6 famous domestic rock bands - Buc Tuong, Microwave, Ngu Cung, KOP, Oringchains, and 18+.

A charity musical performance entitled “Towards Thanh Hoa Province”

The event will feature some famous domestic singers, such as Tran Huu Kien, Cao Ha Duc Anh and Nguyen Huu Uy Vu, along with magician Duy Nhat.  All money collected from ticket sales will go to help poor people in 3 communes in Thanh Hoa Province’s Quan Hoa District to celebrate the forthcoming Tet Festival.

Exhibition entitled “Back to the Roots”

This exhibition features 45 pictures and other selected works from the 1940s and 1950s by painters from the Indochina College of Fine Arts.

The film Konshin will be shown as part of the celebrations marking the 40th anniversary of Viet Nam-Japan diplomatic ties.  The film tells the story of a place steeped in ancient traditions, and the origin of modern-day Sumo wrestling.
