Vietnamese Cuisine Cooking Classes

Starting in November and running through to the end of the year, Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa is adding a kick to its culinary offerings at their Beach House restaurant - cooking classes focusing on Vietnamese cuisine.  Guests will have the chance to explore the tasty flavours of Vietnamese cuisine and be taught cooking techniques by native chefs at the resort. 

Each class requires a minimum of two attendees and is priced at 1,700,000 VND net per person, or 2,150,000 VND net per person with the inclusion of a pre-class market visit.  Classes can be arranged on any day between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm.  Please make your reservation at least one day in advance by calling 0511 3981234 - extension 8540.

In the late Qing Dynasty of the mid-19th century, Guangzhou is mired in corruption, poverty and crime.  The Black Tiger gang, run by the ruthless Master Lei and the North Sea gang, are pitted in a war for the control of the lucrative port.  Wong Fei Hung breaks into the Black Tiger gang and his skilled fighting quickly earns the confidence of Lei and he becomes his fourth “son”.  Naturally, Wong has ulterior motives: similar thugs murdered Wong’s teacher/doctor father when he was nine.  On top of that, Wong and his childhood friends Fiery and Chun are out to destroy the gangs completely as yet another gang, the Orphans, and bring justice back to the Guangzhou.

Fed up with answering to higher-ups, Nick, Dale and Kurt decide to become their own bosses by launching their own business.  But a slick investor soon pulls the rug from under them.  Outplayed and desperate, and with no legal recourse, the three would-be entrepreneurs hatch a misguided plan to kidnap the investor’s adult son and ransom him to regain control of their company.
