B’estival 2017 beer festival
Visitors have the opportunity to enjoy craft beers from 2 brand names, Redrock and Gauden, which are produced in Viet Nam using German technology. To enrich the flavours of the beers, various food dishes can be purchased, such as BBQ meats, German sausages, and salted bread, which add to the experience of Western cuisine.

Da Nang International Marathon 2017
This year’s event will comprise 4 races: a 42km full marathon, a 21km half marathon, a 10km run, and a 5km charity run. The full marathon will start at 4.30am on 6 August, whilst the half marathon and the 10km run will start at 4.40am and 4.50am respectively. The 5km charity run will begin at 7.20am.
In addition to the main races, a Family Fun Day will aim to encourage parents to spend more time with their children, whilst the race-kit pick-up event for runners will be on Saturday 5 August at the East Sea Park and will include many interesting activities. ‘Five Elements Food Space’ programme
This magnificent culinary space, with 5 open kitchens representing the 5 elements of ancient oriental philosophy, will offer up to 500 national and international dishes in total. Throughout the programme, there will be arts performances, cooking classes, and exciting eating minigames. The show will be hosted by Pham Tuan Hai who is a culinary expert, a passionate chef, and a Masterchef Viet Nam judge. Also, visitors will get the opportunity to meet with international chefs to gain an insight into delicious dishes from their countries, and to join in cooking contests.

‘Charming Da Nang’ musical programme
This 60-minute programme opens with a stage presentation highlighting the city’s most impressive sites such as the Da Nang International Airport, the Han River and the tall buildings. It is followed by delightful performances of singing, dancing and traditional Vietnamese musical instruments, each of them showcasing the culture and beauty of Da Nang, and Viet Nam as a whole. Interestingly, there is a song named ‘Charming Da Nang’ which was written specifically for this programme.
