Vietnamese goods fair

The ongoing fair features a total of over 450 stands from 200 businesses and cooperatives along with independent traders nationwide.  Of these, 250 stands showcase high-quality Vietnamese consumer goods, whilst 60 with organic agricultural products meeting the Viet Nam Good Agricultural Practices (VietGap) standards, and the remainder with general daily usage products.

HealthyFarm Farmer’s Market December 2017

Organised by the Da Nang-based company Evergreen Social Ventures, the fair will introduce local customers to high-quality organic agricultural products.  Included will be forest honey, melaleuca oil, natural cosmetics, food, recycled bags, and handmade items.

The fair will offer sellers a good opportunity to introduce their organic and safe food processing to their customers.

Visitors will have the opportunity to buy safe, fresh produce from farmers, enjoy yummy food sourced from various regions nationwide while swinging to the rhythm of acoustic music and musical performances. 

Families will also find interactive and educational activities for their kids.  This event is also a place to hang out for everyone from all walks of life and ranges of age!

First-ever Winter Festival on top of Sun World Ba Na Hills

Tickets for adults are priced at 650,000 VND per person, with children of between 1m and 1.3m tall at 550,000 VND per person.  Children under 1m tall will be allowed on free.

At the entrance, visitors are welcomed by colorfully-decorated Christmas trees, in such a cozy atmosphere.  At the Du Dôme Square, visitors get surprised with the highest Christmas tree with the most glorious decorations.  It is wonderful to take selfies under the lovely poinsettias and ornaments.

Not only for its Christmas theme, the Festival is also treating visitors for the major stage with many exciting performances, for the first time on Ba Na, with the participation of many European artistes.

A display of 150 original antiquities and photos of Oc Eo Culture

Oc Eo is the name of an archaeological site in Thoai Son District in An Giang Province in the Mekong River Delta.  Based on the artifacts unearthed, archaeologists said that the area used to be a busy port of the kingdom of Phu Nam between the 1st and 7th centuries. They used the term ‘Oc Eo Culture’ to refer to the ancient material culture of the Mekong Delta region.

‘Charming Da Nang’ musical programme

This 60-minute programme opens with a stage presentation highlighting the city’s most impressive sites such as the Da Nang International Airport, the Han River and the tall buildings.  It is followed by delightful performances of singing, dancing and traditional Vietnamese musical instruments, each of them showcasing the culture and beauty of Da Nang, and Viet Nam as a whole.  Interestingly, there is a song named ‘Charming Da Nang’ which was written specifically for this programme.
