Techfest Viet Nam 2018

Themed ‘Viet Nam’s Startup - International Connectivity’, this year’s event is expected to attract a large number of foreign investors, overseas Vietnamese, and startup businesspeople from Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, and China.

The event will feature many fascinating activities. Included will be a scientific workshop on incentive policies for the development of a creative and innovative startup ecosystem, a dialogue between Prime Minister and young startup businesspeople, a thematic seminar on how to develop creative and innovative startup businesses in the aspects of agricultural and healthcare technologies, tourism and finance, and a final round of a startup contest.

Exhibition entitled ‘The beauty of Old Ceramics’

On display at the exhibition are over 100 ceramic and pottery artifacts from domesic collectors Nguyen Dinh Bang, Truong Hoai Tuyen, Pham Phu Khanh, Ngo Huu Toan, and Nguyen Ngoc An.

These exhibits dating to Champa era until the late 19th century have been collected in the central and southern regions .

‘A Story of Ao Dai’ show

‘Ao Dai’ is the embodiment of the Vietnamese nation, beauty and charming, and it is national apparel symbol of the Vietnamese people.

Promotion at Sun World Danang Wonders

This 60-minute programme opens with a stage presentation highlighting the city’s most impressive sites such as the Da Nang International Airport, the Han River, and high-rises. It is followed by delightful performances of singing, dancing, and playing traditional Vietnamese musical instruments. Each of them showcases the culture and beauty of Da Nang, and Viet Nam as a whole. Interestingly, there is a song named ‘Charming Da Nang’ which was written specifically for this programme.
