Lion Dance Festival 2019
As part of the Helio Summer Festival 2019, the Lion Dance Festival will feature amazing performances by 4 domestic teams namely Tu Cau, Phuoc Nguyen Duong, Thai Son Da and Tai Bao Duong. These teams will perform on a large-scale stage, with a row of 21 iron poles totalling 14m in length, standing 1.2 - 3m high each.

‘The Soul of Viet Nam’ traditional arts show
The 60-minute show is deeply imbued with distinctive cultural Vietnamese traditions, especially those of the Quang Nam – Da Nang land.
During the show, the audience will be offered a chance to discover the quintessence of Tuong traditional arts via popular extracts and typical make-up methods of this stage performing arts form.
Besides, arts lovers will be treated to the festive atmosphere of the rural area in the old days, and immerse themselves into the melodies of such traditional Vietnamese musical instruments as monochord and lithophone consisting of pieces of rock which are struck to produce musical notes.

Sunshine Carnival
The 4-month programme which is the largest and longest of its kind in Viet Nam attracts more than 200 international actors and artists in total.

Helio Summer Festival 2019
The festival features a bustling seafood street and night market where visitors can try a variety of delicious seafood dishes and street food. With more than 150 food stalls in total, the night market is expected to satisfy the growing demand of gourmets.
In addition, they can take part in a vibrant beer and grilled food. Visitors can really be immersed themselves in the festive atmosphere and boisterous melodies, as well as enjoy tasty grilled food whilst drinking beers to keep cool during summer days.
Notably, one of the highlights of the festival is Mediterranean Film Studio. The 200m-long and over 100,000 USD film studio is attracting a great deal of attention from young visitors who want to check in and take selfies.

‘A Story of Ao Dai’ show
‘Ao Dai’ is the embodiment of the Vietnamese female beauty and charming, and it is national apparel symbol of the Vietnamese people.
With the purpose to bring a symbol of Vietnamese culture to visitors arriving in Da Nang, the Risemount Premier Resort Danang is proud to be the first place in the city to organise ‘A story of Ao Dai’ which is the show on tradditional Vietnamese long dresses and art performances of three regions in Viet Nam.
The show will be an art performance to introduce Vietnamese culture to international friends.

‘Charming Da Nang’ musical programme
This 60-minute programme opens with a stage presentation highlighting the city’s most impressive sites such as the Da Nang International Airport, the Han River, and high-rises. It is followed by delightful performances of singing, dancing, and playing traditional Vietnamese musical instruments.
Each of them showcases the culture and beauty of Da Nang, and Viet Nam as a whole. Interestingly, there is a song named ‘Charming Da Nang’ which was written specifically for this programme.

Apart from enjoying impressive Tuong performances, visitors will be introduced to the art of Tuong mask drawing and its dress codes. In addition, they will have the opportunity to have their photos taken in Tuong costumes which will be available for hire at the event.

Love Battle
Tan, an actuary guy who even calculates the romantic relationship comes up with a new insurance policy called, “Love Insurance” after being hurtfully betrayed by his girlfriend. It is an insurance that guarantees to policyholders 100% returns of the payment with 30% of interests if they don’t break up for 2 years after signing the contract. After release of the insurance, it receives lots of attentions. However, board members of the company challenge him to find the data to prove that most of policyholders will be breaking up soon. Jeed, former couple-maker who was transferred under Tan joins him to collect the data, but she is a woman who believes that love cannot be measured, extremely opposite value from Tan. As they take off their journey to figure out whether the policyholders will breakup or not, their battle with their pride begins.

The Art of Racing in the Rain
