43 Factory coffee Roaster is built with the desire to help you to explore the highest quality coffee from the farms in Viet Nam and many other countries worldwide in a bid to take another look for Vietnamese coffee.
43 Factory coffee Roaster is a factory-model coffee shop showing the line of making a cup of “Bean to Cup” coffee. The center of the coffee shop features green area, and a special structure with the idea of a cup of coffee beans which are grouting and growing to the sky, showcasing the aspirations of Vietnamese young people getting involved in the coffee industry.
The second floor has a private space for those who want to learn about coffee. Here, you can learn and exchange your knowledge about the coffee of Viet Nam and that of the world.
For the outdoor area, the water surface is very large, and it is also used to reduce the heat for the whole building, creating a cool and comfortable feeling for customers. In addition, a bridge system was designed for the walkway to connect with the sitting areas over the lake, as well as to connect with other spaces in the building.
In order to help customers learn bout making a cup of coffee, with many complicated procedures that need elaborateness, start from selecting raw coffee beans, to putting them into the roaster with exact temperatures and time, until grinding and extracting to each cup of coffee to be delivered to the customers, an open space was created in the cafe with a lot of glasses on display to help them see all the "Bean to Cup" making process.
Most notablely, the whole structure of the coffee shop is set on a large lake with bird’s wing-shaped roof which showcase the dream of Vietnamese young people to drive the development of the Vietnamese coffee industry.
